If you have attended a CT-AIVEP training course, workshop or demonstration event and would like a replacement certificate due to your previous one being lost or damaged you can request a replacement at a nominal amount to cover validation and printing costs.


Important Information

  • Replacement certificates will be validated you cannot request a replacement certificate unless you have successfully been awarded the certificate previously.
     
  • Certificate paper provided may vary from your original certificate.
     
  • Replacement certificates will be provided in their original format the only exception being where a legal name change has occurred e.g. after marriage/divorce, in this instance proof of current identity via photo ID may be required.
     
  • In the comment field at the checkout please include details about the certificate that you are requesting with information about the;
    Date of Attendance / Course / Reason for Re-Issue / Name Change If Required.
  • If you are are requesting a change of name for your certificate then after ordering please email us a copy of your current photo ID.
